What is Lodge Stock Festival? Lodge Stock is a member run family-friendly music festival held from August 15th to 18th, 2025, at Lodgepole, Treaty 6 [Alberta]. It features world-class original & Tribute acts, comedy, local talent, and activities for all ages.

General Information

  1. What are the festival dates and times? (Subject to change, not that we coordinators want that)
     

  • Friday, August 15th: Arena open from Midday (noon) to Midnight, local performances and Main Stage. Performances till 11PM.

  • Saturday, August 16th: Full festival day from 10:30 AM to 11PM.

  • Sunday, August 17th: Full festival day from 10:30 AM to 11:30 PM.

  • Monday, August 18th: Special circle closing ceremony 11am allowing for safe noon and onwards departure for campers.
     

  • What can I expect at the festival? Enjoy live tribute performances, a children’s area, a funfair, food vendors, silent disco, and firework finales(subject to fire bans)!

  1. Where can I buy tickets?

     

  2. Are tickets refundable? Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. All refund policies are outlined on our website.
     

  3. Are children allowed? Yes, Lodge Stock is family-friendly—children four and under enter for free with a paying adult.

Accessibility

  1. Is the event accessible for those with disabilities? Yes, we provide accessible parking, toilets, and support for carers.

  2. Can I bring my dog to Lodge Stock? No, dogs are not permitted except registered assistance dogs, which are welcome in all areas.

Care Givers

We offer one (1) General Admission companion ticket, free of charge, to provide the support you need and additional assistance during the event. We will require evidence before issuing a Carer ticket. It is recommended you first purchase your ticket and then email us at contact@lodgestockfestival.com with your disability evidence. Accepted forms include:

  • Proof of middle or higher rate Disability Living Allowance

  • Personal Independence Payments (PIP)

  • Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance

  • War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance

  • BD8/CVI Certificate or a letter from an eye specialist

  • Letter from a GP, community nurse, social worker, or consultation letter that confirms long-term disability and need for support

Camping and Accommodation

  1. Is camping available? Yes, on-site camping is available at our main site and noted on the map you recieve upon member ticket purchase. Facilities include toilets, showers, and water taps.

  2. Are campervans or motorhomes allowed? Yes, we have designated areas for campervans and motorhomes. Booking is required.

  3. Can I park near my tent? No, parking is separate from the camping area. It’s a short walk, and stewards will be on hand to assist. We recommend bringing a trolley or backpack for gear.

  4. Are there hotels nearby? Nearby accommodations include locations in Drayton Valley or Rocky Mountain House. Check our "Finding Us" page for more details

Travel and Parking

  1. Is there parking available? Yes, on-site parking is available for both day visitors and campers. Parking passes must be purchased in advance.

  2. Can I leave my car overnight? Yes, vehicles may remain in the parking area overnight, but only if you are camping. Day visitors must leave as we have seperate parking for day passes.

Safety and Security

  1. Is the festival safe for families? Lodgestock is a family-friendly festival with on-site security, stewards, and medical staff.

  2. What items are prohibited? Prohibited items include:

  • Illegal substances

  • Glass bottles or containers

  • Drones

  • Large umbrellas

  • Professional recording equipment

  • Open fires or disposable BBQs
     

  1. Will there be medical facilities on-site? Yes, trained medical staff and first aid stations will be available.

Volunteering

  1. Can I volunteer at the festival? Yes! Volunteers receive free weekend passes. Click here to apply.

  2. What roles are available for volunteers? Roles include helping with ticketing, parking, children’s activities, stewarding, and more.

Miscellaneous

  1. Are pets allowed? No, pets are not permitted, except for assistance dogs.

  2. What happens if it rains? The festival will go ahead, rain or shine. Please dress appropriately and bring waterproof gear.
