Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Conditions") govern all Provisional(Day) and "5 Day stay" agreements to Lodge Stock Festival 2026 ("the Private Event"). By completing donation and receiving my email with reply confirmation, you agree to comply with these Conditions. These Conditions should be read alongside the Site Rules, any policies published by Lodge Stock, and the terms of our official donation processor. In the event of conflict between these Conditions and those of our Site Rules, these Conditions will take precedence.
1. Definitions
Event: Lodge Stock Festival 2026, held at 5001 Chip Lake Ave, Lodgepole, AB T0E 1K0 from the 12th to 16th August 2026, with camping available from 12th to 16th August.
Private Ministry: 5001 Chip Lake Ave, Lodgepole, AB T0E 1K0 and all associated areas, including car parks, campsites, and event infrastructure. With a backup Venue in case we sell more tickets than expected to double the area and stages!
Event Member: All who complete atleast one donation per man/woman above12.
Wristband: A secure access band provided in exchange for a site visit at gate confirmed donation so please print confirmation email!!!!!!,Wristband to be worn throughout the Event.
Authorized Men/Women: Festival staff, contractors, emergency services, volunteers, and any individual acting on behalf of Lodgestock.
Force Majeure: Any cause beyond our control including extreme weather, pandemic, war, terrorism, riot, fire, flood, strike, or government restrictions.
2. Member Agreement Replaces Tickets

Donations and Agreement are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable except as stated in Section 8 or where required by law.

We reserve the right to limit ticket quantities per person, per card, or household.

Fraud checks may be carried out by security. Orders/printed emails not on file suspected of fraud denied entry.

Tickets are delivered electronically. If not received 7 days before the Event August 7th, contact@lodgestockfestival.com

printed email confirmation must correspond with the correct donation on file and wrist band will be issued.

Entry may be denied for invalid or incorrect amounts.

Each man/woman is responsible for checking their confirmation email and notifying us of errors no changed.
3. Ticket Use and Transfers

Donations are revocable member agreements and remain the property of The Private Event.
-
Agreements may not be offered for resale, promotion, or transferred for profit.

Any breach of these conditions may result in cancellation or denied entry without refund.
4. Entry and Admission
-
Entry requires a valid ticket and wristband.
-
Wristbands must be collected on site and affixed by staff. Wristbands cannot be replaced if lost, broken, or removed.

Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21+ throughout the Event.

1 (One) Attendee under 12 (Twelve) are free with adult pass(Either weekend or day passes).

You may be required to present government-issued photo ID.

Entry may be refused or revoked for behaviour deemed unsafe, unlawful, or in breach of Conditions.

Pedestrian access to the Venue is not permitted. All attendees must arrive via official access routes with valid parking or shuttle arrangements.
5. Behaviour and Conduct

Lodge Stock promotes a respectful, family-friendly environment.

Prohibited behaviours include:

Excessive intoxication
-
Violence, harassment, or discrimination
-
Vandalism or theft
-
Entry into locked rooms
-
Authorized Men and Women may remove any member in breach of conduct rules without refund.
6. Prohibited Items

You may not bring the following into the Venue or campsites:
-
Illegal substances
-
Fireworks, flares, or smoke bombs
-
Drones or remote-controlled devices
-
Professional recording equipment (unless prior authorized)
-
Weapons, sharp objects, or potential projectiles
-
BBQs, gas canisters, open flames
-
Laser pens, large umbrellas, air horns
-
Promotional or branded materials without approval
-
Dogs or pets (except registered assistance dogs)
-
All items and vehicles are subject to search.
-
Prohibited items will be confiscated and may be destroyed.
7. Camping Terms

Valid member pass required.
-
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
-
No untended fires, gas stoves, or open flames allowed.
-
Campers must keep their area tidy and behave considerately.
-
Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
-
No vehicle movement permitted within campsites between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM unless directed
by Authorized Men and Women. -
Breach of rules may result in eviction from campsite and Event.
8. Event Changes, Refunds and Cancellation
-
Schedule, artists, and site layout are subject to change.
-
No refunds are offered due to line-up or time changes.
-
If the Event is cancelled in full before opening, No refund is issued we are all risking exposure by remaining private.

If the Event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid.
-
No refunds for partial performance, adverse weather, or early closure.
-
If venue location does change all ticket holders will be notified EVERY DAY VIA EMAIL in12 days to launch August
9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for Event changes or cancellations caused by Force Majeure.
-
In such cases, refunds may not be offered unless required by law.
10. Accessibility
-
Lodge Stock aims to be inclusive to all.
-
Accessible parking, toilets, and campsite spaces are available.
-
Carer tickets available upon request with valid documentation (e.g. PIP, DLA letter).
-
Requests should be made in advance via email, contact@lodgestockfestival.com with accompanied documentation.
11. Parking and Vehicles
-
Parking requires on site issued property pass for yard access.
-
No camping or overnight sleeping in general car parks.
-
Vehicle searches may occur upon entry.
-
Lodgestock is not liable for vehicle damage, theft, or contents.
-
Cars parked at owner's risk. Re-entry may be limited due to demand.
12. Media and Photography
-
Entry constitutes consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed.
-
All images or footage may be used by Lodge Stock for promotional purposes.
-
Commercial filming or broadcasting is strictly prohibited without written consent.
-
Personal photography is permitted for non-commercial use only.
-
Intellectual property in all official content remains with Lodge Stock.
13. Health and Safety
-
On-site first aid and emergency response teams will be present.
-
Attendees must follow all instructions from ministers on volunteer service.
-
Warning: strobe lights, pyrotechnics, and loud sound levels may be present.
-
Smoking only in designated areas. Vaping policies may apply.
14. Lost Property
-
Lost items should be reported to the Information Point near the Security Tent.
-
Items will be retained for 30 days after the Event Held at Lodgepole address for pickup.
-
Lodge Stock is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
15. Trading and Promotion
-
No unauthorised trading, marketing, or flyering is allowed.
-
All traders must hold formal agreements with Lodge Stock.
-
Confiscated materials will not be returned.
16. Complaints and Disputes
-
For feedback or complaints, contact contact@lodgestockfestival.com.

We will review all concerns fairly and promptly.
-
These Conditions are governed by Common law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the peoples courts.
17. Updates and Revisions
-
These Conditions may change. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
-
Material changes will be communicated to ticket holders.
